Things to see
Waterfalls and waterway through rocks cut due to the force of water. During summer an island is created due to the receding water. Apart from the boating you can have massage and bathe in the river near the island. Boating can taken one , two or three hours. There is also a crocodile farm and a craft center which we did not visit due to lack of time. Fish, packaged beverages and chips are the only eatables. If you are a veggie pack something for yourself. There was no noticeable restaurant on the way once you we left NH7 except for the tea shops.

There 3 routes 1. Via Dharmapuri - Taken by most people and distance wise medium with Krishnagiri to Dharmapuri on NH7 under construction. 2. Via Palcode - Take a right near Kaveripttanam after the school. Reach Palcode and take left. Road is fairly good condition between Kaveripattanam and Palcode. 3. Via Hosur - Denkinakote - Anchetty - Though road is smaller well maintained and has reflectors and signs at every curve. Very less traffic and passes through the hills and jungle. Not for the faint hearted especially if you are driving after 6:00 pm.
